I have long been a fan of Epson and their amazing printers but when it came to printing quality pictures I had always turned to an outside source. That all changed a few months ago when I had the opportunity to try out the Epson Artisan 725 AIO printer. I was blown away by the impeccable picture quality that the Epson product produced. The PictureMate Show isn’t just an photo printer, it’s also a digital picture frame. With 270 MB of internal memory, the Show allows you to automatically store hundreds of photos for reprint or playback in a slideshow. There are 12 slideshow options to choose from including a clock and calendar option as well as several animated options. All of the printer’s commands can be conveniently accessed through the fully functional remote that is included.

If you often print through Wal-mart or Wal-Greens you’ll be blown away at the quality of these pictures that you can print right in the comfort of your own home! I can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed being able to print on demand…anytime I’d like! If one of the grandparents are over and they see a picture they like during the slideshow, I can instantly print it for them right then and there. It doesn’t get anymore convenient than that!

I take a lot of pictures and because of that I had gotten pretty far behind on printing them. I started figuring the price it was going to cost me to actually catch up on my prints and it was so much, I don’t even want to tell you. Hundreds…at least! While I don’t know the exact numbers of what I would save with the PictureMate, my calculations tell me that with the amount of pictures I print I would be better off purchasing the Epson printer and ink cartridges than I would be printing through an outside source. Plus, I have the added convenience of printing from home. For a shutterbug like myself, the PictureMate has been a dream.
